Our Origin

Made from Earth was born from a refusal to accept the smoke and mirrors of the commercial skincare industry. For too long, the mass market has prioritized profit over health, relying on petroleum derivatives, parabens, synthetic dyes, and diluted extracts that masquerade as "natural." We rejected this model, choosing instead to prioritize skin health, ecological integrity, and absolute transparency.

We forged a different path partnering directly with family-run, regenerative organic farms. By bypassing industrial middlemen, we are able to produce small-batch, bioactive skincare crafted directly from certified land. 

We believe that when you honor the sacred relationship between the grower, the plant, and the soil, genuine, transformative biological efficacy is the natural result.

Our customer has done the research. They know the difference between a trace inclusion and a meaningful concentration. They understand that "natural fragrance" is still synthetic. They are not moved by marketing language. They want to know exactly what is going on their skin — and why. Across serums, moisturizers, eye treatments, lip care, and body — the standard does not change. If it is on the label, it is present in a concentration that earns its position. Nothing is included for optics.

We built every formula around one rule: if it isn't found in nature, it doesn't belong on your skin. That means cold-pressed aloe vera instead of lab-synthesized humectants. Rosehip oil instead of synthetic retinol alternatives. Chamomile to calm, not cortisone. Beeswax to protect, not petroleum. Carrot extract to brighten, not chemical peels.

We are not the loudest voice in skincare. Seasons change, trends arrive and dissolve, and we remain focused on the same thing we always have — formulas that work, made from ingredients the earth already perfected. 

Today, every Made from Earth product begins on a USDA-certified organic farm. Most of our botanicals come from family-run farms across the United States.

From the farm, the plants travel to our facility in Oregon, USA — a small-batch processing plant that runs on 77% solar power and is GMP-compliant. We make every formulation in three-month batches. That means the jar that arrives at your door was, at most, made one season ago. That’s not marketing. That’s how small batch works.
